You can make payments through Debits cards on the phone contacting Kohl’s customer representative. Payments that are made after 7P.M Central time will be posted the next day.
Payments can be made over the phone contacting a customer service representative or through automated phone system, calling (855) 564-5748. Over the phone payments require your account and bank routing number. Payments made after 7P.M Central Time will be posted on the next business unless you request an expedited service (Service charges may apply).
You can make payments online by registering your account at My Kohl’s Charge – https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/. Online payments require your account and back routing numbers. Transactions that are made after 7 P.M central time are posted the next day.

Payments can be made at your local Belk store. Payments made through check or cash may be posted to your account immediately or same day. Payments at Stores can be made until they close. You should also obtain a receipt to keep a record.
Alternative Bill Payment Service:
Currently only the payments that are made online through My Kohl’s Charge -https://credit.kohls.com/eCustService/- link before 7P.M central time are subject to postal on the same working day. If payment is made through an alternate payment service it takes longer for it to get posted since these services may use a physical check to forward the payments to Kohl’s. To avoid the inconvenience of late payments It is recommended to submit your payment at least 5 days prior to the due payment date.
